Age Well Hwyliog Mon is a Registered Charity (Charity no. 1156241) and is a membership organisation; it’s aim is to enable older people living on Anglesey to live fuller lives and benefit from a program of educational, physical and social activities.

Explicit consent of the data subject so that we can keep you informed about annual Age Well subscriptions, news, events and activities and process any gift aid donations.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other members of Age Well in order to carry out the purposes above. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.

6. How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep data until we believe you no longer wish to be involved with the purposes above or you tell us you no longer want us to hold it. We would keep data if required by law for tax purposes.

7. What are your individual rights?

You have a right to access your personal information, to object to the processing of your personal information, to rectify, to erase, to restrict and to port your personal information.

The website is hosted by a third party (WiSS).

The Age Well website - - uses cookies to collect anonymous information about visitor numbers and the sections of the website visited.
